Reporting eats the week.
Your project managers spend Thursday and Friday assembling a status pack by hand instead of managing delivery. By Monday the numbers are already stale.
PMO reporting · Founded by an ex-EY specialist
We build and run the reporting layer of your PMO — Power BI dashboards, RAID logs, trackers and steering packs — to the standard a Big Four firm would deliver, at the cost of one specialist. Remote, worldwide.
The problem
Most programmes don't fail on technology. They fail because the reporting was too slow, too soft or too manual for anyone to see the problem while it was still cheap to fix.

Nobody trusts the RAG.
Amber softens on the way up. Risks get logged once and never reviewed. The log exists for the auditor, not for the team.
Six versions of the truth.
A slide for the board, a sheet for finance, a backlog for delivery. The meeting gets spent reconciling them instead of making a decision.
Who you'd be working with
Founder & Principal Consultant
For four and a half years at EY, Modhushri built the governance reporting that leadership made decisions from — PMO trackers, KPI dashboards, RAID logs and status packs across cross-functional programmes.
The pattern she saw repeatedly was not that teams were careless. It was that reporting was slow and manual, so by the time a problem was visible in a status pack it had already cost something. The work that changed outcomes was unglamorous: a dashboard that refreshed itself, a RAID log that was genuinely reviewed each fortnight, one number that finance and delivery both agreed on.
She started her career in operations at Infosys BPM, running finance, procurement and accounts payable processes and writing the SOPs and reconciliations behind them — which is where the discipline about numbers reconciling came from. After six years in the United States she returned to India and joined EY in 2021, where she was recognised as a Best Performer four times.
Deethi Technologies is deliberately narrow. Not strategy, not delivery management, not a menu of everything a client might one day ask for — the reporting layer, done properly, by someone who has done it at Big Four standard. Mid-size organisations need that quality and rarely want to pay a global consultancy's rate for it.
She works with clients across India, the UK and the United States, and is candid that Deethi Technologies is a new firm with a small footprint. What it offers instead is direct access to the person doing the work, and a standard that doesn't move.
What we do
We don't run your programme. We make sure everyone running it is looking at the same, current, honest picture.
Power BI dashboards that pull from the systems you already use, refresh themselves, and show milestone health, spend against forecast and open risks in one place. Your PMs stop rebuilding a status pack every week, and leadership stops asking for one.
Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies with named owners and review dates — worked on a fortnightly rhythm rather than filed and forgotten.
The monthly pack, in the same structure every time, so trends are visible at a glance and the meeting is spent on decisions rather than orientation.
A part-time PMO coordinator inside your team — tracking actions, chasing owners, keeping the plan current and the documentation straight.
Governance for marketing teams: campaign pipelines in CRM Dynamics, launch trackers, webinar operations and reporting that ties spend to outcome.
Sample work
Client material is confidential, so these are built on realistic sample data. They are the actual formats you would receive.
Power BI view across six workstreams: milestone health, forecast against budget, and open risks by owner.
Request the sampleA populated log showing how risks are scored, owned and reviewed — and what a fortnightly review cycle looks like in practice.
Request the sampleThe format leadership receives: one page of status, one of financials, one of risks, and the decisions being asked for.

How we start
No discovery phase that quietly becomes a quarter. Here is what happens and what you hold at the end of each stage.
Working with us
We work with clients in India, the United Kingdom and the United States. Reporting is a natural fit for remote delivery — but only if the working pattern is deliberate.
Committed live hours with UK mornings and US East Coast mornings, agreed in the contract rather than assumed.
Everything is built inside your Microsoft, Atlassian or Google environment. Nothing sits on a system you can't access.
Decisions and actions are recorded in writing, so nothing depends on who was awake for a call.
NDA before any access, least-privilege permissions, and no client data stored outside your environment.
Engagement
Scope and fee are agreed before work begins. If scope changes, you get the price before the work, not after.
Fixed fee · one week
A written assessment of your current reporting: what it costs you in hours, where the numbers break, and what to fix first.
Start here if — you suspect the reporting is the problem but can't prove it yet.
Monthly retainer · three months minimum
We build the dashboards and packs, then produce them on a fixed rhythm. Agreed artefacts, agreed dates, handover written in from the start.
Start here if — you need the function to exist and work now.
Part-time · monthly
PMO coordination inside your team a set number of days each week, reporting to your programme lead.
Start here if — you have the governance and need the hands.
Questions
The firm is new; the experience is not. Start with the fixed-fee reporting audit — one week, a defined deliverable, no commitment beyond it. You will know from that document whether the judgement is worth buying more of. And you can look at the sample work above before you speak to anyone.
We report on it. We are specialists in the reporting and governance layer — dashboards, RAID, packs, coordination. We don't take accountability for delivering your programme, and we'll say so plainly rather than stretch into work we aren't the right firm for.
No. We work in what you already own — Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Microsoft 365, CRM Dynamics or a well-built spreadsheet. Introducing a new tool is a change programme of its own and we won't start one unnecessarily.
Committed overlap hours agreed in the contract, everything built inside your own tenancy, and decisions recorded in writing. Most reporting work doesn't need to be in a room — but the working pattern has to be explicit, so we make it part of the agreement.
The audit is a fixed fee. Ongoing reporting is a monthly retainer against named artefacts and dates. Embedded support is priced per day. Rates depend on scope and region, and you get the number in writing before anything starts.
You keep everything, because it was always in your systems — dashboards, templates, logs and the runbook. We'll train your team to run it, and the handover date is agreed at the start rather than negotiated at the end.
Insights
Short, practical pieces on governance reporting — written for the people who have to produce it and the people who have to read it.
Status travels through three or four layers before it reaches a steering committee, and each layer rounds it. Here's where the rounding happens and how to stop it.
